We offer Australia-wide delivery only at this stage, via Australia Post.
Free shipping on all orders, with option for priority order processing and shipping at a flat rate of $5. This offer doesn't apply to our sample pack.
All orders are dispatched 1–2 days after the order confirmation. Pickup or arranging your own courier is not available.
Orders placed before 12:00pm AEDT can be dispatched on the same day, excluding Sundays and ACT public holidays. Please email us at support@magnetstory.com.au or send us a message on our social media platform to confirm.
Tracking numbers will be supplied on all orders.

Important information
Undeliverable packages
In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, we will reach out to let you know via email.
Inaccurate address
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.
Unsuccessful delivery attempt
A notification might be left in the mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office if you are not present when the order is delivered by Australia Post.
Rejected by receiver
If your item is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if the parcel has to be resent.
