Competitions

We run competitions and giveaways on our social media platforms from time to time. Below are the Terms & Conditions for our competitions and giveaways.

1. Instagram giveaways

• Open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or over.
• No purchase necessary to enter.
  
• Participants must follow the steps outlined in the giveaway post. Entries that do not meet these criteria will not be counted.
• Entries submitted after the giveaway close time (as outlined in the giveaway post) will not be valid.
• Entries submitted by fake accounts will not be counted.
  
• Entries where an account repeatedly tags the same account will not be counted.
• The prize is as stated in the giveaway post and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• The prize will be shipped to an Australian address provided by the winner. Shipping is included unless stated otherwise.
• The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and announced on Instagram within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.
• The winner will be contacted via private message (from @magnet.story Instagram account only) to claim their prize.
  
• The winner will have one month from when they receive our message to redeem their prize. After which, the prize will be considered forfeited.
• Magnet Story reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time due to circumstances outside our control.
